Yes,
Calculate the man hours required for upkeep of the #6 heating system, oil gun repair / cleaning and the cost of the BTUs needed to heat the #6 to burning and pumping temperature. Figure this cost as yearly. Add in the cost of the #6 used for the year and then look at the fuel cost of #2 for the year.
