Give me a call and we can discuss your options. I am a NIULPE Chief also a NIULPE licensed instructor and examiner. I do hold classes throughout the country if your interested. Yes the NIULPE license does mean something. I know of states that will give you the exam for their state licenses if you have a current NIULPE license.
