Also being a ex navy BT and after cleaning burners over and over again, I fail to understand why anyone would want to see them again. I can still recall the burns and stains from navy black oil. My stations were DD787, AD17, FF1088, and AS19. Also taught at Great Lakes 1200 psi plant and civilian instructor for PE Basics


: Hey out there. I served on the following ship's. all U.S.S. Grand Canyon A.D. 28 , Massey D.D.778 , Glennon D.D. 840 back in the mid 1960's. I am seeking the whole burner barrel assembly including nozel and a tip. I discharged as B.T. 2/C and would like this for memories. My expertiece was modified " D " Express 650 p.S.I. I'll bet ton's of these went as scrap. E-mail with price ect. Thank's, Jim
