Two 1-1/2-inch pipes fit nicely under baseboard cover-only. The retrofit above ground would depend upon the pipe size required. Two 1-1/2's are a 2-inch. Would that be enough diameter? A lot less cost than redoing an entire system to hot water; but then, hot water is more efficient with the ability to alter water temperature.
