Try Controlotron (http://www.controlotron.com). I have used their clamp on ultrasonic flow meters in the field. You're right around the maximum temperature for a clamp on, though. Maybe one of their other products may work, though.

: We are currently looking to use ultrasonic flow detection for boiler main feed flows. 0-22MPA pressure at flows from 25-280 kg/sec at temperatures from 25-250deg C. We currently have orifice flow devices with insufficient turn down. The only site which I am aware of that has ultrasonics fitted to their feed flow is Bayswater Power Station NSW Australia. Thier specifications were for ~400-100 kg/sec flow.
: Does anyone know of sites that use this device
: How successful was the device
: Accuracy of indication
: True turndown
: Any other information that may help
: Thanks
