You are embarking on a wide and possibly unending search. There are so many models of high-efficiency and standard efficiency units available for commercial use. ARI ratings just give efficiency standards. The final test of preference is the sum of local installer preference for availability, price, simplicity, replacement part availablilty, and lack of need for replacements.
