Have you tried a new amp card in your RM7895 that you are having trouble with

: I have two Miura EX300 SGO boilers. They are approximetly 10 years old. They where equiped with Honeywell R7795C with UV flame detector. I tried to switch them to a Honeywell RM7895C with UV flame detector. The one boiler has the new RM7895C, with the micro processor history, and is working fine. After I installed the RM7895C in the other boiler it inconsistantly locked out on failure code 19 "main flame ing." in the 6-8 second. The failure was inconsistant but it did happen often. After much trouble shooting and 3 weeks of monitoring with a Fluke data logger, I was not able to find the problem. the fault code would indicate that I lost my pilot flame within the 10 second main flame establishing period, but I know this is not the case. Twice I have changed the RM7895C back to the R7795C and both times and even now the boiler runs without any faults. does anyone have any ideas?
