What type of boiler license are you looking for? Power boilers and/or heating boilers? Many states have their own licenses and in some cases, municipalities within the state have licenses as well. In Massachusetts we have 5 levels of licensing for boiler and turbine operators. I think there might also be some organizations such as: NAPE and NILUPE that administer exams but I am not aware of any states that require those licenses.
