our is a bopp film plant & we burn HFO IN STEAM BOILER & IN POWER HOUSE.WE RECIVE HFO TANKERS OF 24000 LITRS( ABOUT 24 TON) IN A TANKER.OUR FUEL OIL TANKERS CAME FROM ABOUT 200 KM IN WINTER. THE OIL BECOME SO COLD AND THICK THAT IT BECOME DIFFICULT TO UNLOAD THE CARRIAGE &IT TAKE SEVERAL HRS TO RAISE THE TEMPERATURE OF OIL TO POUR POINT BY STEAM COILS.I WANT TO ASK IS THERE ANY QUICK METHODE AVAILABLE THROUGH WHICH WE WILL BE ABLE TO RAISE THE OIL TEMP. IN LESS TIME.
ANY VALUEABLE SUGGESTION WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
THANX.............
