Thanks George, I am already considering what you propose. I know Labatt Breweries in Toronto has done this. My concern is the capital cost premium for doing this, and how fast it can pay back through energy savings. I may contact you as the time draws near.

: Why don't you consider the modern alternative, and install a bank of 8-300 HP Miura boilers? They can, through proprietary controls, cut in and off line as required and save you heating up that whole, big 75,000 lb/hr boiler. Contact me.
