Many facilities continually test the condensate for contamination. You can test with conductivity for dissolved solids or with TURBIDITY for oils. There are some turbidity systems on the market that can detect down to 1 ppm and are specifically made for condensate. E-mail me if you need more information. These are not cheap systems and are recommended where there is a continual problem and you are dumping good condensate for fear of putting bad water in the boiler.
