An official report by the Chief Boiler Inspector for the State of Pennsylvania of the investigation of the antique boiler explosion in Medina, Ohio has been posted on at least one message board/forum on the internet. The Chief Boiler Inspector for the State of Ohio was involved in the investigation, but he has not yet responded to my inquiry about his reported findings. The reports from the National Board testing lab and Case Western Reserve University have not been made available to my knowledge. I was able to obtain a copy of the Pennsylvania Chief's report directly from his office.
