I have learned that Mr. John Payton, Director of Certified Boiler Engineers for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, was requested to perform an investigation and evaluation of the antique boiler explosion in Medina, Ohio. An antique boiler owner in Missoula, Mt. showed me a copy of the report that someone gave him. It appears it was copied from a bulletin board on the net, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I am going to try to contact Mr. Payton in Pennsylvania to see if it is available through him. Will post what I find when I can.
