Paul, Pennsylvania does not have a statewide licensing program. Some municipalities do however such as Philadelphia. Most States that do are run by the Dept. of Labor or Community Affairs and sometimes the Fire Marshall. New Jersey, Ohio, Maine, Mass. are some of the states that have statewide licensing. Try to get on the website of a state and check out using keywords like licensing, rofessional licensing, or stationary engineers. Hope I helped!
