Your draft readings seem a little odd but chances are your boiler is off for longer periods in spring and fall than in winter. For some reason your chimney is cooling down too much while the burner is off.When the boiler tries to start chimney draft has reversed(air is coming down instead of going up). Probably, the easiest fix is to add an ID fan with uptake damper. Lou
