Contact LSU (louisiana State University)....they published a study back in 1981 that encompased 10 years of effort and observation...all of it plotted the savings to be gained by proper maintenance and operation of the boilers and steam system...excellent paper....the results were published, bound and distributed to every state agency where if it remains on the shelf, it still gathers dust...
