Old style Honeywell...rotating disc type...got the book out, took the covers off and observed as it rotated...timed the events as described in the book...watched the relays click in and out thru the sequence...no joy there...

Started at the top and began working down checking all switches and interlocks with ohm meter and blew out all sensing lines, changed out complete fire eye and amp...swapped honeywell with standby boiler...swapped all panalarm cards from standby boiler-firing standby with each swap...

K4 relay on honeywell won't pull in on startup, has to be pulled in by hand as reset/lock out button won't do it...once boiler gets thru purge cycle, it pops out along with relay next to purge cycle timer...finally found the blueprints for the flame safeguard ladder...

I love it, gives me something to do....
