: Bob, I was all over the Oklahoma state website and checked out all of the usual departments Labor, DEP etc.. I don't think OK. has a state license. I did find that the Dept. of Environmental Quality issues a Water Works Operator license. Also the Dept of Health has an occupational licensing division but nothing on boiler operators. I know of some States that don't issue licenses but the bigger cities do such as Philadelphia in PA. Please repost if you find out differently, I have been compiling a list of states that do license and contact info to help people out such as in your situation.
