It turned out that ours were installed wrong. Instructions said to never run the signel lines parallel to power lines. We also thought they might be over heating, since the units sit right in front of the burner face. We installed cooling fans above the front of the burners. We still lose one now and then, but certainly not like we were a couple years ago.
