Dear Mr.,

I am interested in a steam boiler / steam generator works on nature gas or gas oil
for food consumption
1) option 1 steam boiler +125 kg./h or more
To warm up a Retort / auto clave of + 500 Liter (133 Gallon)
to a temperature of 250 F at 3 bar / 37 psi
the water shall reach the temperature from 50 F to 250 F in 10 minutes

in the same time shall the boiler be able to warm up 3 kettles of 80 gallons
(the kettles are not under pressure), to 195 F

2) option 2 a steam boiler + 200 kg./h or more
To warm up a Retort / auto clave of + 1000 Liter (266 Gallon)
to a temperature of 250 F at 3 bar / 37 psi
the water shall reach the temperature from 50 F to 250 F in 10 minutes

in the same time shall the boiler be able to warm up 3 kettles of 80 gallons
(the kettles are not under pressure), to 195 F

is it better to have a separate boiler for the kettles?
5) a steam boiler to warm up 3 kettles of 80 gallons (the kettles are not under pressure), to
195 F
