Titan Tire Corporation is currently searching for Powerhouse Operators to work at our Des Moines, Iowa location. The Powerhouse provides the required flow of steam for production and building heat as well as compressed air for all plant buildings and facilities on a continuous 24/7/365 operation.

The qualified candidates must have considerable knowledge in the operation, adjustments, troubleshooting and repair of plant utility equipment including steam generating equipment, air compressor equipment, chillers and their associated support equipment. In addition welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals would be a plus. This individual must be or able to obtain a license by the City of Des Moines to operate a boiler.

The wage range is $20.39 to $23.99 per hour with shift premium where applicable. Upon the completion of our probationary period medical/dental insurance, 401k, and paid holidays/vacations will be provided. Background check and drug screen are required.
