Monitor, analyze, and recommend improvements. : EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree (BS) in engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical: 3 to 5 years experience in plant operations or maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A broad background in plant operations and maintenance is preferred. : Montenay Dutchess LLC is a waste to energy facility located in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
