Manage client service activities in a large Risk Consultant service territory encompassing the city of New York. Activities include machinery breakdown loss investigations, state and city statutory inspections of boilers, marketing, loss control client service account coordination efforts, as well as Loss Control cross-training and servicing responsibilities. The individual is expected to function as an integral part of a cohesive Loss Control Department with an account base including electronic risks, real estate, manufacturing operations and food processing. The position requires the processing of all client correspondence, service proposals and annual reviews. The ability to efficiently and effectively manage service scheduling, travel and budget are extremely important.
Position Requirements:
Must have 5-7 years experience. Complete proficiency in all Loss Control Risk Consultant laptop applications as well as full proficiency in Microsoft Word as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Excellent time management and communication skills (both written and verbal). Demonstrating initiative and the ability to function as an integral member of a cohesive client service team are essential core competencies.
Education:
Position requires a National Board Commission as well as a NYS Certificate of Competency
