Performs all phases of power plant operations including the control room. Reports to Prod Leader or Plant Leader. Must have specific expertise in all areas of Operations and at least moderate level of capability in areas of I&C, mechanical and electrical maintenance or journey man level in one discipline. Ability to operate plant from control room. Ability to lead teams and troubleshooting efforts, ability to drive issues to root cause and prevent reoccurrence. Must be able to read and understand technical manuals, P&ID's, Control and Logic diagrams. Must have strong desire to develop and use multiple skills to meet or exceed expectations of internal and external customers. : Position Requires: State of New Jersey 3rd class steam Engineers license, Journeyman level in one of the following, I&C, Mechanical, Electrical, and basic knowledge in others. : Comments: Work Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts, Overtime, Holidays, flexible to meet prod. requirements : Qualifications: High School Grad / GED;Min. High School diploma. Trade : school or technical degree preferred. Related experience in Power : Generation /Heavy Industry.
