: The Lightstone Group, a national residential and commercial property management company, seeks an expert level HVAC professional that is capable of training and mentoring a regional team of technicians in all preventive and repair mantenance activities. : : REQUIREMENTS : You must be well versed in hydronic heating and cooling systems; one pipe and two pipe steam heating systems; forced air heat and direct expansion cooling systems; centrifugal and reciprocating chillers; direct digital controls; indirect and direct domestic hot water systems. : This position requires heavy northeast travel, mostly throughout NJ, NY and MD, including overnights. You will also be responsible for responding to emergency heat, air conditioning or hot water calls from property staff members after business hours, usually by phone and occasionally with a visit to a facility, if necessary.
