: Instrumentation and Controls Engineer : Reports to: Group Leader, I&C : Classification: Level 1- Exempt : Responsibilities: : - Analyze requirements and develop operational logic, functional descriptions, and controls and instrumentation processes and requirements for HRSG equipment and related auxiliary equipment; : - Develop instrumentation and control systems and P&IDs for boilers with associated lists and design specifications; : - Develop valve and instrument specifications; : - Develop cable and cable tray specifications and wiring schematics; : - Provide field and customer controls support. : Qualifications: : - B.S. in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related Engineering discipline : - Three to five years engineering experience in the process, chemical, or power industries : - Experience with boilers and steam systems highly desired : - Familiarity with NFPA codes, ASME Boiler codes, ANSI and associated standards : - Familiarity with AutoCAD highly desired : - Familiarity with MS Office software, including Word, Access, and Excel, a plus
