Bell & Gossett series 100 pump short cycling.

I have a problem with a Bell & Gossett series 100 pump short cycling.

It turns on for 5 second and turns off for about a minute and repeats the same sequences. Eventaully the motor get very hot. I can hear the water pushing thru the pipes and I have bled the radiators. Anyone have any thought on what the problem might be?
