: Kettling is usually the result of low water flow in one part of the boiler, making water sizzle and boil at the hot spot. You might be indirectly saying that you have multiple zones, so not all the water can flow through the boiler when zones are closed.
: Adding a HeatManager can prevent always hitting the high limit as a result of overlapping zone demand.
: Raise the system pressure to 20 psig to eliminate the kettling by raising the water boiling point.
