One-pipe Steam - Loud Clank

I have a one pipe steam system that heats fine. My only problem at the moment is that about 30 minutes after the boiler shuts off there is a single loud clank coming from the basement. I can't seem to tell where it's coming from apart from downstairs, or why it happens so long after the boiler shuts off. My guess is that its expansion/contraction related but I can't track it down.

Any thoughts?
