Worcester combi boiler re-pressurising system problem

We have a Worcester 24cdi combi boiler. Today we tried to repressurise the system to 1 and the overflow leaked outside. The pressure then dropped to below 1/2 and now we cannot increase the pressure above 3/4. any ideas?
