I recently has a new EC/ECT-4 Peerless boiler installed with a Reillo F10 Burner in my home for a single pipe steam system. The old system heated with a 1.10 GPH Nozzle F5 Reillo and rarely went off on the 2 PSI pressure setting. The new system runs with a 1.25 GPH nozzel and is constantly cycling off on the pressure setting of 2PSI. My questions are (1) Is a steam system suppose to be cycling so much on pressure setting or should it heat up more slow and evenly. (2) I would like to replace the nozzle with a 1.00 GPH nozzle as refereced by Peerless sepifications. However they do not provide settings for this nozzle size in the F10 model. Is there anyone who knows where I can find out what settings if any I should use for the smaller nozzle. Thanks for your help
