Riello 40 series F3 burner oil leak

My residential Riello oil burner (40 F3) has a leak at the rate of one drop every 8 seconds when not fireing from the cylinder unit that opens the air vent gate. I assume that this part needs replacing due to a leaking diaphram or ??. Any suggestions or thoughts welcome.
