adjusting temperature on superstor tank

I have a superstor water tank which is heated by a boiler. There is a honeywell thermostat which has electric wires running out of it but appears to have a dial behind it. I want to adjust my water temp down from 124 to 115 degrees. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
