manifold setup for hot water boiler

I am getting started with piping the manifold for the oil to gas, steam to hot water conversion, with multiple zones. A licensed heating contractor will be hired later for permit and final hookup. Is the manifold setup at http://www.radiantcompany.com/system/closed.shtml, diagram #1 (closed system for use with a water heater) the correct diagram, with the trinity i100 to replace the water heater?
