That is like asking if you should get a sports car or a station wagon without knowing what you plan to use the car for. A circulator is chosen according to the distance enough water to heat the zone has to pass around a heating circuit of a given pipe diameter. You would read a chart to tell from the water flow needed to send heat through the zone what size circulator you need.
