No, I wouldn't recommend cast-iron for a condensing boiler, unless the total radiation output is known to make the water below condensing temperatures with the total burner output of the boiler. Constant circulation can waste energy in some low-mass boilers, constant circulation helps heavy cast-iron large-mass boilers to get the heat out to the radiation. Europeans 'got it right' with low-weight wall radiators and sensor-tailoring of water flow to assure condensing. Their designs are available through Googling.
