replace boiler

I have a 3 family house with an old oil burner and steam heat. Hot water from indirect Amtrol tank.

I am repiping entire house to separate apts for hot water heat, and put gas fuel cost onto each apt's gas meter (as opposed to raising rent).

I don't mind paying for hot water for entire house, and planned to use only one Takagi unit for that, with gas hooked up to my gas meter.

I would like to buy 3 direct-vent low pressure gas boilers. Any suggestions? Each apt calculates to an actual 45K btu .
