There other 90%+ units out there that are not in the Cadillac price range. With the price of nat gas having doubled, I can see only getting 82%.
Get more estimates. Dunkirk's Quantum, NY Thermal's Trimity, Heat Transfer Product's Munchkin. Even some non-condensing wall hung boilers like Baxi should come in less then the Buderus.
