How do I calculate steam square ft.?

I am assuming I measure the width and height of my radiators.
Do I double it to account for the front and backside of the radiator?

I currently have a 30 year old gas fired steam boiler that has 375,000 BTU's for a 2600 square foot two story house.

Any help on the definition of steam square ft. and how to calculate it is much appreciated.
