I'm trying to figure out why my 4 y.o. Burnham is not responding to a lower cut-in pressure. It had in the past, but now I have adjusted way up in order for the boiler to go on at all. It's toooooooo cooooollllld.

Any thoughts on pressure are much appreciated.

ps: do the sediments lining the return pipes in the basement (leading up to the Hartfor Loop) have anything to do with this problem? TIA
