On my Axeman Anderson single pipe steam
residential boiler is a pressure meter
on the same manifold as the pressure control.
The meter has "0" at the top to 30 CW, and
30 CCW. It sits at -3 at all times. If I tap
it I can see the indicator vibrate.
My questions are:
1- If a residentialo steam should
run 0 to 1 PSI why such a poor indicator?
2- Why the negative scale?
3- Is there a more accurate meter available?
