My old boiler is a peerless ( 28 years old). I have two quotes for replacements,which are pretty much the same. One has quoted Weil Mcclain SGO-5 and the other has quoted a peerless EC. Both around 120 BTUs

The house is 2500 square feet with steam heat on fitrst floor and hot water heat on second floor.
