Weil McClean GV 5 Blower Rapid Start / Stop

Ihave a Weil McClean GV 5 boiler which intermittenly on start, spin up the blower for about 2 seconds, shut the blower down, and the continue the cycle in about 30 seconds. This goes on "for ever" unless I cycle the power, then, all seems fine.

Any suggestions ?
