The reason the sludge is in the radiators is that it settled there and didn't move. It would take a lot more cleaning work that it would be worth to clean the system. Drain the boiler after the installation has run for a day, then a week, then a month and all would have settled out. A clog in a pump can be cleaned out easier than a whole system. The monoflow tees won't clog.
