Adding a forced hot water circulator from existing steam boiler

Two years ago I replaced the old steam boiler (snowman) with a Superior Boiler (Steam). Recently we added an addition which is 500sq ft. I was told that a forced hot water system can be utilized by the use of a heat exchanger, circulator pump, and baseboard heaters. Is this true and where can I find components to install to add forced hot water heat to the new space. Preferred Websites and manufacturers requested.
