The problems you mention may not be their fault.
You mention that they won't replace the cabinet... do you mean they won't replace the cover for free?
Bolts do break and even we charge to drill and tap them, as long as the customer agrees to pay to have it done.
Puff back could be electrodes out of adjustment, bad transformer, bad draft, etc.
I would assume you have a new oil tank, with a nice garber filter, so nozzles don't get fouled.
