Just curious.
Have you ever seen them do the service and adjust the burner with combustion test equipment?

Do they adjust the burner with the old 'look for a clean flame' and then open the shutter a bit to make sure it burns more fuel?

Have you ever received a combustion test readout with written chamber pressure, stack pressure, stack temperature, CO2 percentage and efficiency readings?

Is the pattern one of make sure they never follow classroom procedures for best service and are they making sure the rest of the customer base stays uninformed?
