The aquastat is brand new, do they frequently come broken?
Also, I set it for 150 because thats the spot where it shut the boiler off when the water is actually 210. I get plenty of hot water, the circulator kicks on when the thermostat calls, and the boiler goes on at 180 and off at 210.
