hot water only works when heating is on

Hi experts :-),

I have a Saunier Duval Thelia23 combi bolier. It's started playing. Since April of this year, the only way to get hot water is to swittch the heating on. What could be the cause? Should I replace this boiler which is 6years old or will a service restore life to it?
