ferroli 901 : Low Pressure, Pilot light going out

I have Ferroli 901 Combi Boiler whose pilot light does not ignite or goes out. this happens at random times two or three times on a given day yet these days are weeks apart.

Plus the boiler should operate at a minimum 1 Bar system pressure but since inheriting this Boiler in a house purchase 4 months ago the boiler has always been at 0.25 Bar.

In summary is the pilot light related to the pressure. If so what do you suggest. If not related what do you suggest and do I need to be concerned about the pressure.
